Murad Jamal is Senior of the Technical Support department at Al-Quds University. He holds an BS degree in Management Information System / Information Technology from Al-Quds University, and a higher PG Diploma in IT Infrastructure, Systems and Security form C-DAC ACTS Center in India. He is also a part-time instructor at India – Palestine Center of Excellence in Information and Communication Technology (IPCEICT).
